Dear Health Department Colleagues,
The Massachusetts Association of Health Boards is pleased to share an exciting opportunity from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health’s Emergency Preparedness Research, Evaluation and Practice Program.   Health departments are invited to attend a live demonstration of a no-cost AI tool designed to enhance public health communication messaging. The tool can help health departments:

  •     Refine public health messages
      •     Improve clarity and understanding
  •     Meet health literacy requirement
  •     Apply evidence-based communication guidance

All demonstrations begin at 11:00 a.m. and will be held on the following dates:

  • October 6
  • October 8
  • October 13
  • October 15

To register, please email preparedness@hsph.harvard.edu and include your preferred demonstration date. We encourage health departments to take advantage of this opportunity to learn more about how AI may support clear, effective, and accessible public health communication.
