Massachusetts Association of Health Boards
56 Taunton St. Plainville MA 02762-2441
The Massachusetts Association of Health Boards, acting as fiscal agent for the Plymouth County Emergency Preparedness Coalition, is requesting proposals for conducting an after action report on the H1N1 clinics held by the 24 boards of health within the coalition. This would entail interviewing staff who organized the clinics. In some instances, clinics were multijurisdictional (two or more towns conducting one clinic). This work should commence immediately, and must be completed no later than Jun 30, 2010. Metrics and report must meet DPH guidelines for After Action Reports to ensure credit towards Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) deliverables requirements regarding Exercises and Drills.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate experience in the areas of emergency preparedness, clinic operations and drills and exercises.
Any person or agency interested in responding to this request should send a resume and proposal to benes@mahb.org.
